I (the webmaster) have included all comments, both positive and negative.
Few competitors will post ALL customer comments. NO workbench manfuacturer or freight carrier is 100% problem-free when product is shipped. If a sales rep or distributor tells you or advertises otherwise, don't believe it. On the rare occasions that problems arise, we correct them quickly. Most of these messages are unsolicited. I have withheld some names at my discretion.
